Green Mountain Gateway LLC is locally owned and operated in Shrewsbury, Vermont. Owner Bob Knudsen personally handles property checks, arrival preparation, shopping and guest assistance. You work directly with the person caring for your home and helping with your stay.

The aim is simple: practical help, clear communication and dependable local attention for second-home owners, vacation rental operators, property managers and visitors. From checking a home after rough weather to stocking the refrigerator before arrival, services are shaped around what you need and arranged in advance.

Serving Rutland, Killington, Pico, Shrewsbury, Ludlow/Okemo and nearby Southern Vermont communities. Specialized work and outside-provider arrangements are discussed individually.

Private Transportation — Coming Soon

Prearranged airport and rail connections are a future expansion. Passenger transportation is not currently available, and ride reservations are not accepted.
